Online Animated Demo Center
We have an online democenter that you can browse at your own free time. The animated demos that play online with easy to use controls will show you how to use your control panel to administer all aspects of your day to day operations. Details on setting up email accounts (including configuring Outlook) are available, in addition to setting up FTP accounts and user maintenance. |

Online Help Desk
If you have a question that isn't answered by our online demo center, please feel free to submit a ticket at our online help desk. All ticket submissions are routed to the appropriate departments, and responses are made within 24-48 hours (on weekends and holidays, responses will be made within 72 hours). You may also follow up on your tickets, and (once you have created an account) view your ticket history and responses. We encourage our customers to submit feedback on their experience with our online help desk. Your feedback allows us to improve our service to better fit your needs. |
